I thought maybe too quiet, then I hung around after the seminar, he and the staff really took personal interest in helping me find a surgeon right for me, since he thought he could not be mine due to my low bmi. When those \"in-house\" rules could be changed, he got me in and we moved forward. I felt lucky to have found someone who remembered my needs and actually went out of his normal routine to get me the care I wanted. Right here in my town.
