First Day of Liquid Diet

So what are the chances of me starting my liquid diet, and having to support the implementation of my company's system in a market!!

Well its very likely.  My torture today as I walked into the market, I was greeted with the smell of Krispy Cream Doughnuts, because they are franchised in Shop Rite markets in Philly.

Not to mention, there is a Chinese Food Buffet within the market. It is complete horror. I go outside to get away with all the smells, and then there is Chili's, Chic-fil-A, Wendy's and McDonalds.  Talk about test!!!  I am doing my best to hang in there. I keep thinking of all the benefits of the procedure, and how  I need to change my relationship with food.
