St. Alexius NewStart

"I had my surgery on a Friday and the staff on the weekend was very poor. When I was transfered from ICU to the regular floor my PCA pump was not working and I informed the nurse, she rudly stated that she assured me I was getting my medication but the machine did not beep and the dosage had not moved for several hours. My husband called a different nurse to ask how to machine worked and she said it was to beep when the button was pushed. We told her it was not beeping and the machine was not emptying so she fixed it. The cable that controls the button I had to push was not connected all the way, and instead of my nurse PAM checking it she just was rude and did not want to do her job. But when I went back into the hospital the second time for an infection the staff was wonderful, they tried to assign nurse PAM to me again and as I did the first time I was in there. I had another nurse assigned to me. They also lost my CPAP machine for 2 days my first stay in the hospital, it was found in another patients room with my name on it. GO FIGURE!!"
