I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I finally decided to get a mini gastric sleeve surgery 11/26/19 in Mexico by a licensed US doctor. I chose to start my pre-op diet early and have already lost 8 lbs. I have been reading every website to try and prepare me for what is to come, and I feel very comfortable now. I'm stocked up on baby food, sugar free snacks and drinks, protein powder, almond milk, and supplements. All there is now is to wait for my day to come.
