I am def a new person. I feel better about myself in so many ways. SEPT 8Th changed my life. Im over a month out. I have lost 23 lbs so far. a slow go but now im working out and the pounds should be melting off. I eat tiny meals :) YAY. This was the best decision i have ever made THANKS DOC AKSADE!!!!!!!!!!!!
