Hi allI went for my 1 hour visit each today for the nutritionist and psychologist. Since this is my second time at starting this process, my psychologist visit only lasted about 15 minutes and the nutrition visit lasted about 20 minutes. Both said that I am doing very well since I lost 10 pounds in the last 6 weeks and just to continue on with what I am doing. This time around I am more motivated and in control of my destiny. I'll keep you posted!
