My journey statred December 29th 2005.
This was the hardest and the most scarest thing I have ever done to myself. I wanted the date atfter christmas because If I could not eat two weeks before the holidays, then I knew I could make it to the new year with a new body!
Boy, not eating during christmas dinner was hard. My family wanted to eat in another room. I said no! And I ate my cottage cheese, and jello. You know when I saw them eat all the goods I really did not miss the stuff.
