Vitamins etc..

So I started dousing myself with as much iron and vitamins as I could and guess what I got sick...started having liver probs , itchy hands, reactive hypo, hives etc...felt awful for most of March...then I stopped and felt better almost immediately. Haven't taken anything for a month...having blood work done tomorrow including liver panel ..need to figure out what is going on!
