my name is Clareatha Bostick, 40yrs old, wife and mother of three sons, I've been struggling with my weight for 20 yrss and for the lst 4 yrs pain has been associated with it. weight was 330 before surgery. last years i had to quit working as a Nurse because i had so much pain in my back, legs and ankles. All of my sons plays sports, Baseball, basketball, football , you name it they played it, I couldn't ever enjoy sporting events because my pain would hurt or i would get tired from walking, My live was miserable. I made the decision to have the WLS because i want to enjoy my life again, I want to see my kids play sports and want to walk in the park , mall anywhere without getting tired and in pain. I had WLs on 3-22-2011 best decision ever. I've lost 15 lbs the first week, haven't been on the scale but clothes is feeling different. Im on post op day 17
