  One Month out and feeling great. First giving Honor to God , because with him all things are possible I have lost 60 lbs already and It feels so good to be able to cross my legs again, and to look in the mirror and really like what you see and ( smile).  i'am already off of my blood pressure pills and off of both Insullins no more needles. Oh and the look my husband gives me when dressing up (Priceless). So Ladies and Gents keep the faith, and jump right in  and seek the weight loss surgery that is right for you, then give your self a hand for being brave and making the first move to better  health.

Hi Everyone , I am one week out and feeling great! I  was told by Dr Z that I was is Rock Star he said the surgery went well with hardly any bleeding. He could tell I followed the diet and his instructions to the tee. I was up walking that night, and again the next day I walked 3 times.  I thought i would want to rush right out of The hospital but I didn't because the nurses took good care of me. Once I got home I had to remember to take my pain meds on time and not let the pain get in front of me. I have only 2 bad days were I had so much GAS it hurt to move.  I had to learn how to take small sips of water so that the air did not get into my stomach. I have no regrets. I am still on the opifast diet untill 9-28, I had a bad day still craving real food will it get easier? I am nervous and excited  cant wait to get this all behind me.
