True Lemon/Lime
"I am unable to use any artificial sweeteners, so True Lemon and now True Lime are staples in my life. It's easy to cook with as well as add it to beverages. Recently I made a hot toddy (non-alcohol) that was awesome. Love the stuff."

"This psychiatrist is interested in milking the client/insurance so comes up with additional diagnoses that do not pertain to bariatric surgery in order to keep you as a patient. He dealt with past issues, and did not even consider current changes events/reasons for surgery. He was more interested in labeling as bipolar. I had previously worked in the same environment and that was his diagnosis for all of the patients in the hospital he admitted patients to. "

"Dr. Blair knew she was a 2nd opinion for me, and I had had a negative 1st. She started from the beginning as though I had not been through an assessment before. We went over a lot of the changes I have made, and my reasons for wanting surgery. We discussed in length my eating disordered history, and while they are concerns she indicated that I am well aware of my triggers and know when I need to seek help (therapy) and/or medication. She did explain how people do try to "cheat" the band, and understood why I don't see that as an option at this point. "
