Hello Again,
     Well today, I woke up and weighed 229.5 lbs.  I was stuck around 235 to 237 for awhile now.
This morning, I was surprised, but can't wait until I am 199lbs. This is gonna be such a joy, and will do a dancing jig of happiness to be under 200lbs.
