I am a 31 year old wife and mother of 2 beautiful daughters. I have struggled my entire life with weight. I tried every diet out there from Weight Watchers to Jenny Craig, Atkins, high protein-low carb, and even went to the extent of having a staple put into my Vegas Nerve ( in my ear) as a form of acupuncture for weight loss which allowed my daily calorie intake to not exceed 1000. Along with Adipex I did well with the staple by losing 73 pounds but as soon as the 1 year mark hit I started gaining all the weight back ( which I did within 5 pounds). My Aunt and Uncle both had the Gastric Bypass Surgery done in 2005 and were nothing but successful so I decided to look into weight loss surgery myself. After taking all things into consideration I decided to have the surgery done but to have the Sleeve done as apposed to the Bypass due to other health issues and complications. I had the Gastric Sleeve done on May 24th, 2012 in Southern Ocean Medical Center in Manahawkin, NJ by a wonderful surgeon Dr. Jonathan Reich who is quite an amazing doctor.....both he and his entire staff were helpful and caring throughout the entire pre-op and so far since surgery. I am currently 3 weeks out of surgery and already down 27 pounds ( should be more but I've encountered a few minor setbacks
