My Journey

It has been a hard but exciting journey. My surgery date was 11/7/08 I was 250 pounds presurgery. In one year I am now 150 pounds . I have lost 100 pounds something I would of never thought I could do. Losing weight is such a struggle and I am happy I was able to take this step to help me lose what I need to look and feel great. Being Healthy is my most concern and I am now there.

I want to be there for anyone who needs the advice or support. I know where I came from. I know how it is and I know at any point I can be there again. I know this will be a life change and an everyday struggle and I am now strong enough to fight it and keep it off and stay healthy. Who's with me :)
