"I met Dr. Clayton for the first time last week. She shook my hand and was very warm. She explained the surgery in detail, stressed several times that "this is serious surgery", explained all of the risks, and answered all my questions. She explained that this is a "tool" to assist in my weight loss, and that I still would have to do my part by following the guidelines. I did feel slightly rushed, but I chalked it up to the patients that were waiting to see her! I liked the fact that I was able to schedule my surgery date, even though insurance approval was still pending. The office staff were friendly. This is all I know at this point! Next week I will attend the consultation at The Spectrim at Brotman Medical Center (which was supposed to be before I met the doctor - oops!), so I'm sure I'll know more then. Everything I have read on this site about Dr. Clayton has been extremely positive. This really puts my mind at ease."
