Things are slow and steady!

I can not say enough about loving this BAND! My weight loss had slowed alot but I am still moving in the right direction. I think I may be needing a fill.. but as soon as I think I should get one... I kind of feel some good restriction.. so I am going to the doctor on the 29th of June and talk to the doc... and see what he recommends. Since having my surgery in Feb.. I have had a broken little toe, and a shoulder / back / neck pain that has kept me from doing heavy duty exercising.. but I am trying to walk as much as I can. I have been feeling like I NEVER want to be at home... always want to be on the go... ( shades of my old self coming through! ) Well, until next time.. TAKE CARE

Please add my aunt in all your prayers.. she is battling Pancreatic cancer... and she is growing ever weaker.. I pray she can go peacefully!!
