Wow, I can't believe it ahs been so long since I posted. I am continuing to have a great weight loss journey. I spent awhile in the 180's and now I am finally in the 170's!!! I still can't believe it has all happened in less than a year. I may even be at goal by my anniversary!!! I feel great, all my co-workers say they can't even remember what I looked like before except that I had a lot of hair. My husband and I just finished taking a salsa class. We are trying to stay very active and add other activities other than the gym. It is great!
