I have always struggled with my weight, at one point being over 300 lbs. Over the years my weight has gone up and down, the lowest was 240 after 6 months of very strict atkins diet. I am very active with my job and exercise regularly, but I'm scared of ending up diabetic and with limited mobility like my parents. I am considering private pay gastric sleeve, and am researching surgery in mexico.
