I think I'm over the worst of it.  At 4 weeks I began to be nauseated every day.  MD did EGD and found my plumbing to be perfect.  Nurse basically told me to figure out what I'm eating that is causing the problem.   Fortunately, I did.  I was lactose intolerant.  Those little pills do wonders.  Almost immediately the nausea went away.  I'm down 48 pounds since the day of surgery and have slowed.  I went a week w/o exercise because of a back injury, but I started up again last night.  Need to find something to make the stomach smaller or I'll never buy pants again !!

Well, I'm at day 6.  Still experiencing buyers remorse, but I do have an appt with my therapist today.  I finally have made it to 64 oz/ day
but I feel like I'm constantly expelling gas in all directions.  And if it isn't going it just sits there causing lots of pressure.  I have been getting in 60 min of walking a day, but it consists of walking in circles between 2 rooms in my house.  As I find walking boring in the first place, this is really beginning to lose interest.  Have call out to MD to find out when I can start on recumbant bike and do some basic chair aerobics.  Still getting very weak and shaky during the middle of the night.
