Down from size 20/22 to a Gap size 16 !!!

It's been a lomg haul but I am finally seeing noticable progress. I was looking for something to wear today and if you are like me with the yo yo weight loss prior; I had 4 different sizes in my closet from a 20 down to size 14 which is my "mormal" size.  (my goal is to settle in at 10 if my other health issues are addressed).

I am comfortably wearing a Gap size 16 !!! I mention Gap because we all know differnt stores size scales are different. I am soooo excited !!!

I have some more clothes to give away. ( I have more than any one person can wear) And I'm missing a tub somewhere because I can't find my sweaters

Want to thank my OH family for the motivational words that kept me going through some difficult times. I love you all !!!
