"Dr. Naaman was very up front and serious about this surgery, that was my first impression. My impression didn't change, Dr. Naaman is very serious about this surgery and the follow up care, which I agree with 100%. Dr. Naaman's office staff is wonderful. Bernice and Amanda are the best. I can't answer the question: What did you like least about him, because there is nothing I don't like about Dr. Naaman. I was so nervous. We were an hour early for the consultation and I needed the bathroom so we went up and signed in. I was told that they were waiting on a form from TRC and that they couldn't see me until that form was in there hands. Amanda had called TRC 8 times that morning to get things ready but hadn't received the form as of yet. By the time my appointment was the form had arrived and everything was a go. Pam was very plesant and friendly with us. The office is clean and accomidating. Dr. Naaman looked me over and then went step by step through the WLS pamplet. Then asked if we had any questions. If was a great visit."
