Stage 4 via CMC/OTC- started 7/30 n looking for lots of ideas?

I had gastric bypass on 6/30. I crave fruits and veggies... crunchy veggies. Still can't have them.I'd love to hear how others got through this stage. I gotta tell ya though, I absolutely love Dr. Campbell, wonderful surgeon... but wearing these surgical stockings for 30 days ( in July ) really rots.
