Friday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench!

Angel flying in...I just spoke with Debbie Duran. She has recovered well from her surgery. She had the LAP and has virtually no pain. The only discomfort she has is the NG Tube. I am so glad for her...Way to go Deb. She is at St. Luke's Hospital in Phoenix...not sure which room, but I will update as I get more information.

Debbie, my surgery date is Dec. 4. I too am fearful of things not going well. I guess it is normal but it is still very scary. I have four children and six grandchildren. I cannot bear the thought of leaving them but I know that if I do not have this surgery I will not live long enough to see those grandchildren grown. I will be thinking of you and sending you strong "vibes" as you face your surgery. Tina Fulton
