Frustrated

Oh man I'm frustrated today.  I'm getting tired of waiting and I'm getting scared this will not happen.  As it is my journey is at the 3 y ear mark and my surgery will likely not be until September or October.  That is so long to wait after signing your consent.  Here in Alberta once you see your surgeon you sign surgical consent and then start waiting.  This is of course after completing a serious of weight management classes (modules) regular exercise and losing 5-10% of your body weight.  Now depending on the surgeon that wait can be anywhere from 3 months to a year it seems. My surgeon happens to have the longest wait.

I worry I'm going to gain it back and have my surgery canceled or worse yet, no call at all.

No one understands.  I have become obsessive and quite annoying I'm sure.  Oh man i feel so alone today this sucks.  Then to top it off we had a potluck at work and I waaayyy overdid it.  That and I have 2 BBQ's to attend this weekend.

FOOD FOOD FOOD FOOD it's overabundance and indulgence is everywhere.  Oh God help me past this :(  i'm not feeling it today.
