OMG... My surgery is in 4 days. I can't believe it. I am actually gonna do this. I asked my pre cert nurse if anyone chickened out at the last minute...lol... Just in case I do, I don't wanna be the first. Na, I won't chicken out. Its onward and upward from here on in. I have lost 12.5 pounds on the pre op diet. It has been really hard, but I managed to get through it. Sugarless sweet gum helped. Also since I am getting the realizeband, they have a website where I can personalize my profile, and put in what I eat daily and it tracks all the nutrition for me. It's really awesome. I love it, cause when ever I would start a food diary, I just would trickle off after a few days, but with this being on the computer, I use it all the time. So wish me luck everyone, it sure is close now. Holy Cow..
