"I met with Dr. Clements yesterday for my consultation. He was running about four hours late due to some complications with a gastric bypass surgery he was involved with. While waiting, several of his patients talked with me and told me how much they really like him. When I finally got to see him I was really impressed with him and immediately felt at ease. I thought he might be hurried with me since he was running late, but that wasn't the case. He fully explained the pro's and con's of the surgery and was very adamant about his aftercare program. He told me to go home and discuss the surgery with my family and make an appointment to come back if I wanted to go ahead. I told him I had already researched and talked about it for the past two months and was ready to proceed, so I am going to go ahead with scheduling. I found his office staff to be great. The receptionists were very warm and friendly and so was his nurse, Ann. Wanda, the insurance lady was very helpful also. I have complete confidence in him as a surgeon and look forward to the surgery.
April 14 - I am post-op now and would like to say I rate Dr. Clements a 10+. He is a highly skilled, warm, wonderful & caring surgeon. He called me at home to see how I was doing which meant alot to me. I would recommend him to anyone, I can't say enough good things about him. "
