"The staff was great. The process for pre-op was excellent. Everything that needed to be done was all in the same place. No running all over the place. The same place that you visit for the pre-op stage is the same place you go on surgery day. In addition it is also the waiting room for family and place. Very organized and fast. There was no delay in service during my stay and any issues were handled in a timely fashion. I was extremely on edge and nervous and the staff made me comfy. It was a good experience. "
