9-01-08 I am a pro at losing weight, keeping it off.....not so much. So, this is my saving grace my way of keeping myself honest. Lap band surgery. I can't wait.
9-01-09 Almost one year with my band and I've lost right at 100lbs!! I lost 40 pre-op and 60 since getting banded, what surprises me is this is the most that I've kept it off (knock on wood)! : ) My weight loss is slower now and I still have to work on exercising and writing down what I eat but....all in all I would have this surgery again, I still love my band.
