hi my name is Debbie i started my weight loss journey back in 2005, never got to my goal weight but i am now working with my surgerons and nutritionist. i am so confused on what vitiams to take. if you have any suggestions please send them my way.

edema(after arm lift) anyone??? - Hi, I had my arms done over 3 years ago....and have trouble with edema in my left hand up to my elbow. Has anyone had this problem.. I feel like a stuffed sausage....
