Merry xmas all - Well its all most xmas time .I wanted to be down another 20lb but don,t think im going to it that mark.Wish my belly would shrink more like the rest of my body is doing.

3 months - I had ryn on sept 8th 09.Im 3 monthes out n down 75lb.I feel a lot better n more active.Happy holidays all
