Well its all most xmas time .I wanted to be down another 20lb but don,t think im going to it that mark.Wish my belly would shrink more like the rest of my body is doing.

I had ryn on sept 8th 09.Im 3 monthes out n down 75lb.I feel a lot better n more active.Happy holidays all

last time i went t o the doc i was 0ver 300 now im wright at 300

Im up n moving around very well 3 weeks out.Just wish it would stay light out later for walks

My surgey went well n all ready home with nothing in me but a few staplesJust opping post opp news is good on monday sick of liquards

Well 2 days left till i get ryn done

I lost 16lbs so far on pre op .Have 1 week left till surgey

I have 1 month till surgey.I hope e very thing goes well with it
