Good News !!! scale loves me again !!

I was having a hard time losing or keeping it off, I called my aunt who is 7years out (RNY) and she told me that I need to eat more protein and eat more the 3times a day , I need more like 6times  a day small meals, so Im not a big eater so Ive gone back to my Shakes and Protein drinks and the scale  likes that  !  Lost what I gained already !  Thanks to all my  Oh Family !!!
