"Update:rnI had my hernia repair Oct 8th And Dr Frantzides amazes me!!! I feel amazing! Wow My back doesn't hurt anymore. .rnI have never been so happy or grateful. I researched a lot looking for the best Surgeon to do my Rny and I trust him with my life. I truly was blessed when I walked into his office. If you are reading this then you should be assured that you will not find a better surgeon to do your surgery. Not only that he has the best bedside manner. He truly cares. He still cares about me and it has been 18 months. You will not regret going with Dr Frantzides. His office staff is awesome too.rnrnrnrnI Love him!! I really can not say enough about him! I left his office beside crying but with joy and complete calm. I was blessed with all the prior disappointments because I now have the best Dr.rnupdate after surgeryrnI love my surgeon he checked up on me many times while I was in the hospital they called me to check up as well. They are genuine and kind. They are on your side to make sure you succeed. I only hope one day I can work for them and truly give back to them as they gave back to me. Dr Frantzides office is great I miss a few of their office staff who were there when I went in so many times. The office still rocks though! Just you wait one day you will go into the office and I will be there walking you through one of the scariest and most rewarding decisions you will ever make...Your Health. If you are researching for a surgeon I beg you to really go with the best. I know a few people who went with the cheapest and even went to Mexico and one is no longer with us and another would of died if she didn't insist on going back to the states and getting to an ER. "Yummy If you like ice coffee. I was putting 2 oz of milk and 20 oz of water mix and then add ice to it yummy!! My stomach hurts from the milk so I now do it without the milk!"
"I love it I put 2-3 oz of OJ and 20 oz water I get 23 g protien and 25 oz towards my water! I do this 3 times a day yummy. it is ok without oj but I like with the best."
"YUCK it tasted like a mixture of metal and if you were peeling potatoes all day and then licked your hand!!! I tried french vanilla and chocolate! they were SO gross I really dig gag!! I am lactose intolerant right now so I bought these! I returned them and went a week with no protein till my new stuff came in the mail!!"
