Good Morning Denny, well you you're about a week away from the new life. A life that will simply amaze you. You'll find it hard to believe that you'll drop the weight you will... but you will. It will be a challenge but taking things a day at a time will get you through. Develop a support network and learn to rely on it. Use this site to the fullest. There's loads of great info and great people here just waiting to help.
