Hi again. Doing well with pacemaker/ICD. Several office visits show all is working well.I wasn't loosing for about a month but started up again and I'm pleased with my loss so far.
I still hope to go below 200 by the end of Jan. 09. It's only a goal and I'll make even if not in Jan.
Hope everyone is having a wonderful Christmas time and best wishes for a great New Year too...
