Hi Everyone !!! Here goes my story been overweight all my life diet in diet out. You name it I've tried it. So this is my last resort to get control of my weight and have a happy healthy and long life. I look forward to the journey ahead of me. After most of the blogs on this website the last few weeks I am more motivated than ever. Seeing all of the success stories really enspires me to no end.
