Where to begin, always been heavy. The weight started really packing up when I started to go thru infertilty treatment.
At this point my heaviest was just over 290. It got to a point that it hurted getting out of bed.
We decided to adopt after almost 10 years of failed tries. After getting my wonderful little boy, it was time to make a change in order to enjoy life with him. He is very active, and I need all my energy to keep up with him. The final straw was when he wanted to go play in the park and I couldn't walk without stopping for air.
Now not only can I take him to the park, I actually keep up with him, We walk for a mile in the morning and night and inbetween we play ball, with the swings. I'm at the half way mark but still got a long way to go.
