Finally!



I've had LAP RNY on Aug 20th 2012. It has been a long long wait, and I am happy that it is over and done with.

There is pain, there is hunger, there is sickness and slight depression.

I'm so looking forward to good things to come. It takes work, and from what I've been reading on the forums, there's always a chance of complications popping up out of nowhere to set one back. I don't want those, at all.

There isn't much of support groups avail around where I live. So although I'm in England, I stay on this USA based message board. I'm an old New Yorker anyway!

Wishing I was just like You all.
I need Weight Loss Surgery.
Can't get it because I've been turned down by the NHS here in England.
Said I haven't tried to lose weight on my own.
I have been trying ALL OF MY LIFE. (38 yrs.)
Free health care is not all you think it might be.
They turn down people left and right.
I'm originally from NY.
I just wish I was just like you.
