Like most folks on this site, I struggled with my weight my entire life. I was always an overweight kid, but I stayed pretty active playing fast pitch softball. So, my weight was kept in check. Throughout my adult life, I lost and gained weight. I finally said that's enough. With some help from a friend and my partner, I finally made the decision to do something about it. Thus, the LapBand came into the picture. I will now start the next phase of my life!
I have a wonderful partner and 12 year old daughter that have been very supportive and loving! I am truly blessd in life although sometimes I don't take the time to acknowledge it.
