I am 55 years of and had my VSG surgery on January 16, 2019. I made myself a promise that I would research all that I could about the surgery and follow as many blogs and gather all information before deciding to make the big step. My surgery was self pay and this was a really big decision for me both health and financialy. But as of today, almost 5 months post op, I am so glad that I did it.
I had my first grandbaby in Januray of 2018 and that was one of the biggest decision makers for me. I know I want to become healthy so that I can enjoy her and watch her grow up. I also wanted to be able to get in the floor and play with her.
This is just a little about me, I will post more about my journey as it unfolds.
