Congratulations, Keva! I knew you would do well. I hope I see you at the next post-op seminar, although to be honest I've forgotten when that is! I've lost a total of about 42 lbs, including my pre-surgery loss of 10 lbs, so things are going well. My better-half and I joined a gym in columbia, and I think I'm going to enjoy working out. Keep me posted! It was nice meeting you in the waiting room that day! :) -Andrea

Hi all well wishers!!!! Thanks for the thoughts. All went well with the surgery. Now that I am home, the struggle is getting through the liquids. I am sick of fruit tasting liquids and broth isn't very appealing.
