18 to go for my goal/28 for my doc's

I'm getting stronger everyday ....food is easier to deal with as long as i obey the rules....I don't get dumping so its a matter of discipline,...i feel like i am on a permanent change of diet not like I'm on a diet...its just what i do that counts....I really want to start doing more exercise,...weight lifting ,....my thighs are too small i feel i need to do squats or something ,,,wish my belly was too small ,,,,lol that will be the last to go
