Feeling good and down 4 pounds, just healing and walkin my way to a new me!

Starting to get Nervouse and very anxious...worrying about EVERYTHING! Start Clear Liquid Diet tomorrow, and will be busy cleaning and packing all day hoping to avoid any hunger , So Here goes to a new HEALTHIER me!

On the 19th I meet with the nutritionist and the surgeon, if all goes well I will be approved for surgery in early April!

I have quit pop, watching what I eat, and stop drinking  30 minutes before/after eating, I have also lost about 6 pounds...hoping we might talk about a surgery date this time, I really want to get on with things! Wish me luck and say some prayers!

So went this past Thursday and meet with the Dr/Dietician/etc... I have a 40 BMI and am approved just have to go thru the routine, Had my Labs done, have my Psych Eval this wed, and have to get a letter from my Regular Psych to okay my surgery! So wish me luck getting everything done and approved! Would really like to get in by April for Surgery..... Is this Realistic? Guess I'll find out......

I have done what I can up to this point, I am now waiting to meet with Dr.Cooper for my Psych eval and then my 1st appt. at Southdale for WLS. Both of those appts are Wed and Thur the 1st week in Feb so just on hold until then...

my right hand was so tired after I was done! So I will go back on Feb 4th for my interview with the Psych Dr. and have my 1st appt at the WLS on Feb.5 so here's to hopin all goes well!

Well I go in tomorrow at 3pm to fill out the questionnaire so we'll see how that goes!

I have filled out and sent my forms and letter in to WLS at Southdale Hospital, I have my appt.s set for Psych eval, and Interview as well as first appt at Southdale for first initial visit...Little nervouse about psych questionaire and interview any thing I should know???

I made my 1st appt for Feb.5th so I'll see what happens!
