I've been over weight since the birth of my second daughter in 2007. As much as tried I could not drop the extra pounds. Each year I packed more and more weight on. Tried various diets and worked out at a gym. I could lose weight but never enough to get me to a healthy weight. The number one factor in my weight gain was/ is emotional eating. I'm getting that under control but its a challenge. I don't go out much and am very shy almost to the point where it ridiculous. I've always been on the shy side even when I was fit but I always went out and had fun with friends. My highest weight was 245- 248. Tried my best to block that one out. Once I saw that I had reached the 240's I knew it was time to take dramatic steps to drop the extra unhealthy weight... ALL of it. So, here I am looking into weight loss surgery in 2012.
