Back on Track

Hello my OH friends. I know I haven't been on the website lateley. I was a little discouraged. The first 20 pounds came off pretty fast since my surgery early June. And then I was stuck for over a month (no weight loss at all). But now I'm pleased to say, that I am back on track. I have lost another 12 pounds and counting. To anyone going through this phase, just keep exercising and eating right. It is just a phase.
