The surgery FINALLY took place!

After waiting a year and a half, I finally had my surgery on Monday but let me tell you, prior to the entering of the operating room, that last week beforehand was full of anxiety, apprehension, questioning and fear.
I did survive the two days of clear liquids, I did survive the Mag Citrate ( ugh!!) and did survive the smell of nurses popping corn while I was NPO.
The toughest part for me was the gas from laproscopy in the body and the end of the J Tube hitting a nerve but after that it was all good.
Now Im' home, and taking things one day at a time.
