9 Years Post Op today

Feb 24, 2014

Wow It has been 9 years and I still believe this was the Best thing I could have done for my life. I am currently maintaining a size 8 and I am at 165 pounds. I added a New picture if you want to see how I look.

I am still doing protein first and all of my vitamins, I am up an down with exercise. But I do watch what I eat and take my supplements.

I give myself a float to about 175 and I start doing protein, protein and cutting back. I do a lot of juicing since November 2013 and no beef or pork.

Hit me up if you need any tips.

Loving Life!! I think I am doing well and looking great to be 48!!

Hello Everyone 8 years ago my life was changed for the better through RNY WLS I am so blessed regarding my success and love the friendships made through obesity help I continue to do Protein first and float between a size 6 and 10 depending on how serious I get. That's a long way from size 24 and 26 on a 5 foot frame. Continued blessings to you all!

7 years Post OP!!

Feb 25, 2012

Well it has been 7 years on my Journey and I am so happy I took the step for WLS 7 years ago. I thank God for the change in my life. I am healthy , happy and Small LOL. I  loved my LIFE!!!

I am currently at 165 and wear 4-6 in dresses and size 8 in pants. Thats a long way from size 26!!! I still do all Protein first, veggies, very little carbs (etc during that time of the month I craved them and sugar) but after those 3-5 days of sin..I get back on track, I still do 1 protein shake everymorning. If I am over my 7lb float. I do 3-4 protein shakes a day until I get back to where I want.

Well if you have questions feel free to hit me up.

My weigh as of January 1, 20 10 was 179 and I am currently today at 166.00 my highest weigh Presurgery was around 269 or so.
