Well surgery is Monday Oct. 1st. It only took 4 weeks for insurance approval and I had my surgery date scheduled right away and that was for 2 weeks after. I am excited and nervous my whole life is going to change and it is definately what I want but it definately makes me nervous! 
Thank you to all of you who have been so supportive I will keep you posted!

I seen Norma at Spartanburg Regional weight loss and I have all the paper work needed except my psych letter isn't very legible, so we are getting them to resend it. But it was still enough cause Norma called the other day and said I got my appointment with Dr. Ross. I am excited and nervous all at once. My appointment is Aug. 22 I will update my blog then!

I have been getting so antsy waiting for my PCP to get everything together I just want to call Dr. Ross and set up my appointment. I called my PCP today and they said they would leave a message for the doctor but that is takes time....it has been 3 1/2 weeks!

I have found a doctor thanks to help from others on here. I have done the leg work and I am wating on some paperwork from my PCP to make an appointment with the surgeon and hope I get approved. So everyone cross your fingers.
