"Very nice, seems to really want to help people. He explained everything in a way that I could understand and answered all of my questions. All of the girls I met there were very helpful and understanding and Misty is a doll. The only problem I had was that I had to wait in the office for about an hour and a half because he was running so far behind on his appointments that day. But I waited! I wasn't going to let it get away from me. I took me several years just to get to the point to call and make the appointment in the first place."
