Had only lost .4 lbs in like 6 weeks!! What the heck. Had my band tweaked just a little.
Guess I need to change something up!
This plateau thing is for the birds!!

Well I had my first fill Feb 23rd, but I talked the doctor into only giving my half a fill (cause I am a chicken)
Well I gained weight and just recently lost it before my post fill visit yesterday. Saw the PA for the first time
and he said I had definitly plateaued and needed a fill. So I got my second fill and  he actually said that 3cc's were in there
already so he only have me 1.5 for a total of 4.5. Wish me luck!!

No fill girl again!
My last visit was in may (13 weeks since last visit) and I had lost 15 lbs, so we decided no fill. I don't go back until Feburary. SIX MONHS!! I am really scared about that.
I have been trying to bike because all my walking has caused a bone spur on my heel. No bone spur from biking but oh that seat! OUCH!!

Had appt on 05/21/08. No fill again.  I had lost 24 lbs since last visit 10 weeks ago. Probably should have gotten one though, kinda chickened out!!
My next visit is in August (20th) will probably get one then.

Went for my checkup and had lost 27lbs since post op check up 01/29/08. I think my appt date was 03/19/08.  Anyway no fill since I was losing weight and not schedule to go back until 05/21/08 and I am starving!!! Still losing but it's really slowing down!!! Guess I need to speed up with my excercise then (:

Well had a doctor's appt with regular doctor for six month check up.  Since I was there in August I have lost 70lbs!! 

Supposed to get a fill next week.  Kinda nervous about that, but I sure am hungry still!!

Well I am two weeks post op and feel 100%.  Returned to work this weekend.  ( I am a nurse so two twelve hour shifts back to back was kinda nervous) 
So far I have lost 54lbs!  ( I lost 44lbs pre-op just drinking those shakes for three months!)

I am still hungry though, guess that is normal!! I just have to keep my eye on the goal!!

Seems like I have been waiting forever and fighting insurance, finally get a date from the surgeon (12/06/07) But guess what, the office cancelled my surgery (surgeon going out of town !!) New date Jan 22, seems like an eternity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
